Timber Talks is set to return to the NCC in Birmingham on 12 October 2022!
Experts from the structural timber sector will come together to address timber's use in the construction industry as a versatile and natural material undergoing a contemporary design resurgence.
The groundswell of interest in engineered timber is driven by both technological advances and concern for the environment and sustainable construction practices. It is undergoing a 'revival' where it is used in widespread applications delivering high-quality architecture to the realisation of cutting-edge structural engineering.
Timber Talks is open to architects, engineers, clients, contractors, local authorities, housebuilders and developers. It will feature high-calibre speakers discussing the aesthetic, commercial and technical possibilities of structural timber through case studies and award-winning projects.
