Using our unique expertise in offsite construction systems we deliver projects from school buildings and offices through to medium and high rise hotels, student halls and residential blocks, as well as accommodation for the Custodial and Military sectors. Working either as Principal Contractor or as a specialist Sub-Contractor Caledonian’s flexible and bespoke design allows the use of the widest range of materials and finishes to exactly meet the Architectural intent and client needs.

With a total of 7 factories and nearly 60 acres across the two sites in Newark and Driffield, Caledonian has the capacity to produce 1000m² of modular accommodation units every day or a 120-bed hotel in a single week. From its early focus on providing prison cells for the Ministry of Justice, Caledonian has developed offsite modular solutions to meet the aesthetic and technical requirements of a diverse range of markets.
