Our ambition is to continue to champion offsite modular building which we believe is the future of the construction industry.

Our History

We have three decades of experience in providing building solutions to the market. From modest beginnings in Dublin in 1989, we have grown to become an industry leader in the UK and Ireland in offsite modular construction.

Following a Management Buy Out in 2016, the company more than doubled in size and in 2020 we completed the acquisition of Spatial Initiative.

We now employ over 220 people across five sites in Dublin, London, Manchester, Belfast and Cork.
