Over the last decade structural timber has entered a new dimension with the development of new building systems and design strategies, experts from the structural timber sector will come together on 6 November 2019 in London to address timber's use in the construction industry as a versatile and natural material undergoing a contemporary design resurgence.

Designed to inspire through innovation, the seminar will also provide a valuable networking opportunity where guests will be able to gain insights from industry leaders who are shaping the future of the timber sector. Leading the speaker line up will be a keynote address by Julia Barfield of Marks Barfield Architects (the practice behind the London Eye and numerous other acclaimed and innovative projects) who will present a case study on the award winning 'Cambridge Mosque' project.
