Using SIG Offsite’s factory manufacture of high quality home units, home buyers can choose the layout of their new living spaces, which are then built offsite and transported to the site to be positioned on the development.
The components are then individually lifted with a crane and installed onto their designated floorplates on site. The unique nature of the collaborative work with Urban Splash and an exceptional structural engineer on this project allowed SIG Offsite to evolve new ways of working and provide ground breaking timber based solutions. 24 homes are earmarked for construction at the Smith’s Dock site.
