Project Overview

Since the introduction of our innovative 'Energy Centres' and 'Modular Skid' Packages we have rapidly developed into one of the leading suppliers and installers of MEP Prefabricated systems throughout the UK and Ireland with an enviable portfolio of projects completed to date throughout a wide range of sectors.

The quality and consistency of our installations and workmanship has been a key factor in our success and we have been nominated as a preferred, approved building services and renewables sub-contractors for large Mechanical and Electrical companies and Councils securing repeat business, which has led to our continued growth and success.

We have built a reputation for innovation, professionalism and expertise in the building services and renewables industry since we were founded and through our extensive research and development we identified that in the commercial marketplace the installation of mechanical, electrical and renewable energy systems was not always viable with the restrictions of space available with existing plant rooms etc.

Taking into account these restrictions, we developed the unique 'Energy Centre'. Our 'Energy Centre' is an innovative purpose built cabin fully fitted with a boilers, integral fuel store (where required) and complete with all mechanical and electrical fittings and an external finish to meet the client's specification, ready for connection onsite which makes the switch to the new heating system simple.

Our 'Energy Centre's' offers easy installation by simply craning the Energy Centre in place and connecting the Energy Centre to the existing heating system, offering a 'plug-and-play' solution. In most cases there was no need for alterations to buildings, plant rooms or changes to the existing heating system. This was a positive move for us as the sophisticated approach to installing new heating systems, allowed us to grow year on year while contributing to the Government's reduced carbon emission targets.

Since the introduction of our Energy Centre and Modular Skids we have manufactured and installed hundreds of our specially designed MEP Prefabricated solutions to Commercial, Education, Health, Industrial and Leisure Sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.

We are a forward-thinking offsite construction provider with 14 years' experience in the building services and renewables industry and we have developed extensive knowledge of MEP Prefabrication systems and have the capacity and resources to design and deliver unique projects using a combination of modular and traditional construction techniques or wholly manufactured for modular construction.

Due to the increase demand of our MEP Prefabrication systems we have acquired a new production facility extending to 22,000 sqm / 237,000 sqft. Our new facility also allows scope for future expansion, when required.
