Project Overview

St Martin's Place is new 17 storey 228 apartment residential tower situated on Broad Street in the heart of Birmingham.
The building will have a unique relationship to the Park Regis Hotel adjacent, with shared facilities including a Gym, Cafe and Private Cinema as well as room services available to residents.

A key driving force for the building concept was the way it responded to the surrounding urban fabric and the unique site context. St Martin's Place is being constructed using the latest in precast concrete technology and energy efficient construction.

The building topping out ceremony took place on the 30th of January 2020 with the structure complete as well as the vast majority of external envelope installed.
