Project Overview
IHP were called upon to deliver the 750-bed Nightingale NW COVID-19 emergency hospital under the ProCure22 Framework. Constructed in 13 days in the historic grade II listed Manchester Central Convention Complex. Working 24/7 our dedicated team of up to 1000 people delivered in a timescale of less than 30 minutes per fully equipped hospital bed. This unpreceded delivery programme required offsite manufactured solutions to key high volume element. The 750 bed bays were one of the principle key elements delivered using this innovative offsite manufacture product that played a vital part in responding to the national emergency.
