Project Overview
Modularwise design and manufacture a range of innovative offsite constructed volumetric modular homes that can be configured to meet the exacting needs of both our clients and ultimately, the end user. Unlike many of our competitors, our quality controlled, advanced offsite construction methods, mean that the complete building can be manufactured, fitted out and fully finished externally before leaving our factory - delivered to site ready for use.
Modularwise have dedicated the last two years to developing a fully finished volumetric house modules, with 90% of the building completed within highly controlled factory conditions and only 10% commissioning and finishing work completed onsite. We believe this is the future offsite construction and the answer to the overcoming the shortage of traditional site-based skills within the housing sector.
Modularwise are in the process of gaining BOPAS Accreditation and have also worked with the NHBC to obtain type approval Chapter 6 on the timber frame build up for our offsite houses - which includes the cavity and the external brick slip façade solution - we sincerely believe Modularwise are the first to achieve this approval status for residential applications.
