Project Overview

ModuleCo Healthcare Limited (MCH) delivered a brand new modular Sterile Services Department which was procured via a 15 year Managed Services Agreement (MSA) to Stoke Mandeville Hospital, part of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. MCH managed every element of this project including planning, demolition of the old existing building including asbestos removal, enabling/groundworks for the new facility, sterile equipment installation as well as the modular build itself. As part of the MSA, we also provide ongoing maintenance including both Hard and Soft FM services. The cost of each element were included within the agreement meaning the trust didn't need to find upfront capital and instead pay one monthly fee which is less than the potential income generated from this facility once fully operational, making it a true income generation tool for the trust to reinvest back into core services. In addition to the income generated, due to the managed agreement in place, the trust also have the ability to apply for the recovery VAT on the rentals paid. This was a project procured via the SBS Modular Buildings framework.
