When a wet room is required on a project, On The Level are able to provide Modular Systems with a tried and tested wet room floor system that integrates seamlessly within their steel bathroom pods. To ensure a perfect fit, OTL are involved in the early design stages, collaborating on the best layout and design so the steel frame can be created to perfectly support the floor.

OTL then manufacturers an OTL Ultimate Modular floor which includes pre-made upstands, pre-attached waste outlet and is pre-tanked. The floor is often created in two sections, one which has a gradient built-in for the efficient flow of water in the shower area, and the second, a flat section which covers the rest of the bathroom floor.

The OTL Ultimate Modular wet room floors provide Modular Systems a time saving solution, reducing labour in their factory by being quick and easy to install. Using a specialist to produce the floor also reduces risk for Modular Systems allowing them to focus on their area of expertise.

A couple of projects On The Level have been involved in with Modular Systems include two large hotel developments.

The 5* Hotel Brooklyn, Manchester saw On The Level provide 189 bespoke OTL Ultimate Modular floors with a custom trap and SuperSlim channel in black to match the rest of the New York style bathroom design.

This project was swiftly followed by the Hotel Brooklyn, Leicester, where OTL is providing 191 bespoke Ultimate Modular floors.
