Project Overview

Bollo Lane is a landmark mixed use development in Ealing, comprising 112 homes, two communal roof terraces and 25,000 sq ft of flexible office space. Built on a challenging site previously occupied by a redundant warehouse and bound on 3 sides by railway lines, it features 84 discounted affordable homes for local first time buyers.

The difficult site context and the quality and time benefits of modular construction led Pocket to utilise modular construction to deliver the development. This increased the speed of delivery, allowing first time buyers to move into their homes more quickly.

This development was completed in 21 months from site clearance to handover and provides two generous landscaped roof terraces and two internal lounges allowing residents to meet, work and relax.

Pocket Living delivers discounted affordable homes for first time buyers and is supported by the Mayor of London. It has delivered over 900 homes and has a pipeline of more than 1,000. Pocket Living has built and sold 300 modular homes within 5 years and has another 112 in construction. Bollo Lane is proof that great design can be delivered utilising modular construction.
