Project Overview
Designed as an exemplar, fully modular hotel solution bringing state-of-the-art construction to Scotland and the hotel market. Innovations include self-sealing façades, non-scaffolded access, modular staircases, lifts and fully-modular mechanical installations.
The hotel function is in support of the National Performance Centre for Sport, Oriam. Scotland's National sports teams will use the hotel whilst in training at the recently opened centre. The hotel F&B is designed to support the conferencing facilities of the University, with a dedicated bank of meeting and function rooms.
With dedicated entrances and a mix of clientele, the building diagram succeeds in offering a range of uses. The project recently received practical completion in November 2017 and subsequently is fully trading.
Modular building system is designed on each and every project to meet the individual architectural, services and local design code requirements using an experienced team of architectural, engineering and M&E consultants.
