Project Overview
Wembley Park E05 comprises three buildings around a landscaped courtyard, providing 458 residential apartments. The design language reflects a modern interpretation of the classic design features of the surrounding Wembley context, including the site's neighbour, Wembley Stadium, Plot E03 and Plot E01 & E02. A strong link between the buildings and the public realm is evident. 1,640 architectural precast brick-facing panels, using over 1 million bricks were manufactured for the façade in just 10 months. They were installed and fixed to the structures in a further 12 months. Windows, Juliette balconies and doors are all included in this unitized system and manufactured and assembled off-site at the Techrete factory. The end result is a showcase in high quality, sustainable, off-site construction that responds well to its context and setting.
